Scope of Work: Comprehensive pre-transport technical inspection and preventive maintenance for 03 RTG cranes; self-propelled gantry roll-on loadout from SP-PSA yard onto transport barge; heavy marine seafastening and lashing calculation/execution; formulation of medium-voltage power line shutdown and clearance plan at Quy Nhon Port, maneuvering cranes past the overhead power corridor to final yard staging positions; final post-transport commissioning, maintenance, and formal handover to client.

Mobilized Marine & Heavy Logistics Assets: 6,800-tonne deck barge (ponton); 5-tonne forklift; 55-tonne mobile crane; truck crane; high-capacity ballast pumping system; specialized heavy bridging transition ramps; marine-grade turnbuckles, chain lashing, and welded seafastening kits for heavy-lift and oversized cargo.

Engineering Challenges Encountered: Severe open-sea swell and unseasonal tropical depression forced multiple voyage reschedulings to guarantee absolute marine transport safety; older-generation RTG units featured heavy gross weights with degraded gantry drive motors; rapid tidal fluctuations at berth created tight load-in/load-out windows requiring high-precision ballast water compensation.
