For heavy industrial cargo projects, vessel turnaround time and equipment integrity are paramount to clients. Tancangtech accelerated the discharge productivity on the heavy-lift vessel to:

The entire field workforce remained fully mobilized for overtime shifts, staying committed on-site to maintain operational momentum against the complex developments of an emerging tropical depression in the East Sea. Field wind gusts occasionally reached 20 m/s, requiring the team to maintain the highest state of safety readiness.
3. Seamless Inter-Agency & Port Authority Coordination
Close liaison between Tancangtech, shipping agents, maritime port authorities, and particularly Tan Cang Cam Ranh Port minimized vessel clearance administrative procedures upon berthing, enabling direct transshipment operations strictly on schedule.

Unlashing and rigging wind turbine blades for stevedoring
On-Site Execution Log at Cam Ranh Port
With the deployment of an energetic, highly skilled team of 20 specialized field technicians (05 crane operators & signalmen; 12 rigging crew members; 01 electrical equipment specialist; 02 safety and QA/QC supervisors), the project milestones were tightly controlled daily:
- May 26 & 27: Focused on unlashing and continuously discharging 15 wind turbine blades directly onto specialized multi-axle trailers and offloading associated accessories.
- May 28 & 29: Successfully discharged heavy-lift components comprising 05 Hub assemblies and 02 pre-assembled Nacelle units.
- May 30: Completed the discharge of the remaining 03 Nacelle units, performed housekeeping, cleared vessel decks and quayside areas, and demobilized personnel, concluding the project successfully.
