On September 14 and 15, in Ho Chi Minh City and Ba Ria – Vung Tau, the Institute of Military Social Sciences and Humanities (Political Academy), in collaboration with Saigon Newport Corporation (Vietnam People’s Navy), held a scientific seminar on “Building a Politically Elite Vietnam People’s Army in the New Situation”. Senior Colonel, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Van Phai, Director of the Institute, and Senior Colonel Bui Van Quy, Deputy General Director of Saigon Newport Corporation, co-chaired the event.

During the meeting, Saigon Newport Corporation briefed the delegation on its achievements in executing national defense tasks and production business across the system. The corporation has pioneered digital transformation, military enterprise restructuring, and brand enhancement on the global maritime map.
